My offer in the form of individual and group training for 1 to 12 participants includes the training and practical implementation of easy-to-learn breathing exercises online or also on site.

No prior knowledge or special clothing is required for the exercises. They can be performed seated at a desk.

Breath
The breath is the connection to life. A few seconds of lack of oxygen leads to unconsciousness in the brain, a few minutes to irreversible damage and after about ten minutes without oxygen the brain dies. This fact shows how important the supply of oxygen to the brain and the entire body is. The breath is automatically controlled by the autonomic nervous system, i.e. we “are breathed”. Due to our modern everyday life, which is characterised by lack of exercise, stress and an oversupply of sensory stimuli, training and cultivating the breath plays a special and important role.
The breath can be seen as an instrument that has great potential through practice, used properly and consciously. In terms of salutogenesis, i.e. the individual development and maintenance process of health, you can contribute to the following positive changes in the participants with regular breathing exercises:
